Prof. Meili Interviewed on KSTP-TV About Trump's Immigration Executive Order 

Professor Steve Meili was interviewed on KSTP-TV regarding the 9th Circuitt Court of Appeals oral argument on the temporary stay of President Trump's executive order on immigration. Prof. Meili noted that while presidential orders on immigration are not unprecedented, the one being considered by the 9th Circuit is rare for its breadth and scope, in that it bars the entry (and re-entry) of all immigrants and refugees from seven countries, without a case by case inquiry into whether any of them pose a danger to the United States.
