New York Times Editorial Board Calls for Action on IMO Report

For the third time in a year, the New York Times Editorial Board has called for action based on reports issued by the Law School's Institute on Metropolitan Opportunity, directed by Professor Myron Orfield. In this editorial, the Times calls for stronger civil rights supervision over the use of low-income housing tax credits on artist loft projects.
