Prof. Feld Quoted in The New Yorker on School Interrogation

Professor Barry Feld was interviewed and quoted in a New Yorker article examining how school administrators are receiving training in police interrogation tactics. Feld noted that because school officials are not police officers, they are not required to give students a Miranda warning. Administrators' power differential in schools renders children especially vulnerable to tactics designed to overcome adults' resistance to questioning.
