Prof. Feld Featured in PBS Frontline and WCCO Radio on Confinement and Sentencing of Juveniles

Professor Barry Feld was featured in PBS Frontline commenting on President Obama's decision to end solitary confinement of juveniles in federal prisons. He was also interviewed on WCCO-Radio about the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision in Montgomery v. Louisiana which applied its prior decision in Miller v. Alabama retroactively to more than 2,000 offender who received mandatory life without parole sentences for crime committed as juveniles.
