Prof. Painter Quoted on Battle Over Prop 8 Judge's Same-Sex Relationship

Professor Richard Painter was quoted in a San Jose Mercury News story about a motion to disqualify Judge Vaughn Walker from the California Proposition 8 case because the judge is gay. Painter said that the motion lacked merit.
