Simon Quoted in Tribune on DWI Arrest Rate

Professor Stephen Simon was quoted in the Minneapolis Star Tribune in an article about the increase in females driving while intoxicated (DWI). Simon discussed the high incidence of DWI in relationship to the relatively low arrest rate for DWI. He described the arrest rate for DWI as being one of the most significant deterrence factors in reducing the incidence of DWI.
