Professor Seiko Shastri is a visiting assistant clinical professor of law and the immigration litigation fellow for the Federal Immigration Litigation Clinic, James H. Binger Center for New Americans at the University of Minnesota Law School.  Prior to joining the faculty, she was a litigation fellow with the Immigrant Defense Project (IDP), where she worked on federal appellate litigation and provided advisals on complex crimmigration issues.

Professor Shastri earned her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, and her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School.
