Kirsten Christopherson Bailey is the founder and President of Christopherson Advocates, LLC, and alumna of the law school. Her Government Relations practice focuses on non-profits and small businesses. While the Minnesota Legislature is in session, she works closely with the Capital Investment, Education, Higher Education, Human Services, Workforce Development, Public Safety, Legacy, and Judiciary committees. Kirsten’s legal expertise is in the areas of business formation, regulatory work, and business transactions, which has been advantageous as a government relations professional. Kirsten served in the public sector as a staff member with the Minnesota Legislature and as an attorney in a State agency. Over the past two decades, she worked in private practice for small firms in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Most recently, Kirsten was featured in Attorney At Law Magazine (AALM), where AALM featured her government relations work in the State of Minnesota.
