Chang Lau has been working with the Minnesota Appellate Public Defender’s Office since 2013. He is also an ILCM Board Member. Chang graduated from the UofM Law School in 2012.
Lau works with indigent clients who wish to challenge their convictions or sentences to the appellate courts or in post-conviction proceedings.
