Prof. Charlotte Garden Interviewed by Washington Post on Potential Problems for Podcasters of ‘The Dumb Zone’

Professor Charlotte Garden was quoted in the Washington Post regarding a case that could change U.S. labor law significantly. In the case, a pair of podcasters were served a cease-and-desist order for violating a noncompete agreement with their former employer. The National Labor Relations Board issued legal guidance saying an overly broad noncompete agreement can violate federal labor law and could eventually change federal policy. "This case, or one like it, could set the precedent that noncompete clauses often violate federal law. ... The implications for workers would be enormous."
