Binger Center Fellow Nadia Anguiano ’17 Appointed Visiting Clinical Professor
Nadia Anguiano ’17, currently a fellow in the James H. Binger Center for New Americans, has been appointed a Visiting Assistant Clinical Professor to lead the Federal Immigration Litigation Clinic on an interim basis for the 2022-23 academic year.
Anguiano has been working on the Federal Immigration Litigation Clinic on a full-time basis since Fall 2019. She was also a student director for that very clinic as a law student.
Before returning to the Law School to work in the Binger Center, Nadia served as a law clerk for Judge Susan Richard Nelson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and Judge Jane Kelly of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She also worked as a mechanical engineer for IBM before attending Minnesota Law. As a law student, she was lead managing editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law.
