Profs. Hill and Painter's Book "Better Bankers, Better Banks" Reviewed in USA Today

Glenn Reynolds wrote a review for USA Today of Better Bankers, Bettter Banks (U Chicago Press 2015) by Professors Claire Hill and Richard Painter. The review discusses the proposal of Hill and Painter that highly paid bankers should be personally liable for their banks' debts in insolvency and for a portion of fines and some civil judgments against their banks. Reynolds discusses, among other things, whether banks are likely to adopt such a personal liability regime or whether it should be required by law.
