Prof. Green's Brief Cited by Eleventh Circuit in Doe v. Drummond

On March 25, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit issued an opinion in Doe v. Drummond. Among other rulings, the Court held that corporate officers could be held liable for human rights violations under the theory of command responsibility and cited a brief that Professor Jennie Green submitted to the court.
