Prof. Hill Selected as Associate Reporter on ALI Project on Compliance

Professor Claire Hill was selected to be an associate reporter on an American Law Institute project entitled "Principles of the Law, Compliance, Enforcement, and Risk Management for Corporations, Nonprofits, and Other Organizations." Hill will be the reporter on risk management issues.
