Prof. Hickman Participates in Teleforum on Kuretski Decision

Professor Kristin Hickman participated in a teleforum debate regarding the merits and implications of the D.C. Circuit's recent decision in Kuretski v. Commissioner. In Kuretski, the D.C. Circuit rejected a separation of powers challenge against the President's power to remove judges of the United States Tax Court. Also participating in the teleforum was Professor Tuan Samahon of Villanova University School of Law.
