Prof. Hill Quoted in Star Tribune on Elections of Dissident Shareholders

Professor Claire Hill was quoted in a Star Tribune article, entitled "ValueVision Board Scrambled," about the recent claim by dissident shareholders that they had been elected to the board of ValueVision. Hill noted that while elections of dissidents had previously been quite rare, that was no longer the case.
