Holding Federal Agents Accountable: Legal Remedies for Individuals and Communities Impacted by Operation Metro Surge

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has claimed that they are drawing down agents deployed to Minnesota as part of its Metro Surge Operation. The harms inflicted on individuals and destruction to communities will have lasting effects. Legal remedies to right the wrongs inflicted by federal officials face unique, but not insurmountable, challenges.
