She will lecture on, "Thoughts on Corporate Law and the Problem of Human Capital." Minnesota Law Professor Claire Hill will moderate the subsequent Q and A.

Join Minnesota Law for a free lunch hour CLE event featuring an interview with author David Webber. Alvin Velazquez, Associate General Counsel, Service Employees International Union and Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown, will interview Webber. 

The University of Minnesota Law School is pleased to announce the Midwest Clinical Conference planned for October 19-22, 2023 at the Law School’s Walter F. Mondale Hall in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This year’s theme is "About Damn Time: Centering Clinical Education in the Law School Experience." The Conference will focus on how law schools should center clinical education within the law school curriculum, and on how we should approach and measure the impact of clinical and experiential education.
