U.S. Supreme Court Preview – 2022-23 Term
Join four of the Law School’s distinguished faculty experts for a lively panel discussion previewing the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2022-23 term. The event will be held on Monday, October 3, 2022 in Mondale Hall room 25 (Lockhart Hall).

The panelists will offer their insights into some of the major cases on the 2022-23 docket, focusing on the following:
- Moore v. Harper (election law/ independent state legislature theory)
- Merrill v. Milligan (election law/ redistricting/Voting Rights Act)
- Percoco v. United States (federal criminal law/ honest services fraud)
- Students for Fair Admissions Inc. v. President & Fellows of Harvard College, Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. University of North Carolina (affirmative action)
- Haaland v. Brackeen (Indian Child Welfare Act)
- 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis (discrimination, LGBTQ+ rights, First Amendment)
Prof. Bentley will kick off the program with a brief introduction and overview of the Court and its recently changed composition, followed by the panel discussion. An audience Q&A will follow.
