Reinvigorating Minnesota State Clemency

This one-hour CLE event will feature:

  • Karl Procaccini, General Counsel to Governor Walz

This CLE launches the MACDL Minnesota State Clemency Project, a program to recruit and train volunteer lawyers and law students to draft clemency applications to the Minnesota Board of Pardons. The Project is also recruiting attorneys experienced in state criminal practice to serve on an advisory panel and who will work closely with volunteers to ensure the most accurate and effective petitions.
