Panelists will discuss the criminalization of cannabis, the role it plays in perpetuating inequality, and how decriminalization seeks to minimize inequality. Topics will include the immigration consequences of the new bill and the effect of automatic expungements on obtaining housing.

This panel will discuss the prior licensing requirements, how those requirements perpetuate inequality, how obtaining a license combats inequality and biases, and how the Act protects the personal information of those applying for a license.
