Today more than ever, innovation is at the forefront of solving global challenges such as climate change, disease prevention and treatment, and economic growth. These novel ideas are often the result of collaborations between entrepreneurs in different industries and countries, and their IP rights must be addressed on a global scale. Panelists from across Asia, Europe and North America will discuss the changing landscape and challenges of international IP law and what can be done moving forward to both foster and protect new ideas and technologies.
