Whitney Herold graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2018 and was sworn in as an attorney that same year. During law school, Ms. Herold developed a passion for poverty law and justice-minded work, which she has carried throughout her career. She began working as a Staff Attorney for Central Minnesota Legal Services in May of 2018, specializing in Housing Landlord/Tenant Law and Family Law. In 2021, Ms. Herold moved to Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid, working as a Staff Attorney, focusing solely on Housing Landlord/Tenant law. In 2023, she became an Assistant Supervising Attorney with Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid in the Housing Unit.
