Steven Bialick received his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, with a Psychology major, from the University of Minnesota. He received his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law. He has been on the Minnesota State Court System's alternative dispute resolution (ADR) roster of qualified neutrals for civil mediation and arbitration, under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice for the District Courts, since 1994. He has served as an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) for the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) since 2014, as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) since 2004, as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) (formerly the National Association of Securities Dealers) since 2005, and generally provides ADR services in the Law Office of Steven M. Bialick.
