Richard Allyn is a Partner at Robins Kaplan LLP specializing in business litigation asp well as client counseling. Subject areas of expertise include insurance, environmental, and governmental and non-profit organizations. Large losses include the World Trade Center 7 post-terrorist attack collapse subrogation, Dead Lake Dam collapse and flood, Chicago flooded tunnels catastrophe, and Ford Rouge power plant deadly explosion. Previous experience includes service as Minnesota Attorney General Office Chief Deputy, Solicitor General and head of the Criminal Division.
