Priyanka Premo serves as nonpartisan counsel for the Minnesota Senate with the Senate Counsel, Research, and Fiscal Analysis Office. In her current role, she staffs the Minnesota Senate Judiciary and Public Safety Committee and handles matters related to civil law and data privacy. Previously, Premo was a criminal defense attorney with The Legal Rights Center and an immigration attorney with Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid.
