Matthew Piehl is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins where he is a member of the Antitrust & Competition practice. His practice focuses on helping clients obtain regulatory approval of mergers and acquisitions as well as other transactions in the U.S. and globally. Piehl received his B.S. from Duke University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
