Keith Radtke has over 20 years of broad experience in Corporate legal practice and management, including negotiating mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions, advising on corporate governance matters, and leading a large division of a professional services firm.
Since 2001 he has been with Faegre Drinker and has served as Co-Leader, Corporate Group since 2020. In this role he is responsible for management and administration of nine corporate practice areas (including M&A, Capital Markets, and Public Companies, among others) with ~180 lawyers and over 60 support professionals in 16 locations.
As a Partner since 2005, Keith has successfully completed more than 100 M&A transactions, including private equity platform acquisitions and divestitures, corporate carveouts and outsourcings, and sales of family-owned businesses. He is recognized by both Chambers USA and Best Lawyers® for M&A/Corporate law.
He began his career as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Donald D. Alsop, Judge, United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and was also an Investment Banking Associate at U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray (n/k/a Piper Sandler).
Keith earned a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, Economics and Philosophy, from St. Olaf College.
In recent years, he has been a Speaker and Moderator for over 30 outward-facing CLEs and Industry Events/Panels (2014–present).
