Joshua Colburn has served as adjunct faculty for over a decade and applies a collaborative approach to represent business entities and market participants of all sizes.
He represents private and public entities, investors and stakeholders in all manner of transactional and governance matters. From private raises to initial listing through all manner of subsequent capital-raising transactions and advises numerous public companies on related matters, including SEC reporting requirements, corporate governance, executive and equity compensation, shareholder meetings, and other interactions with FINRA, Nasdaq, NYSE and proxy voting advisors.
Colburn counsels entities and their boards in oversight responsibilities, board and committee structures and activities, and fiduciary duties. He also aids clients in preparing for and responding to activist shareholders, including proxy contest defense.
