Eran Kahana is an experienced attorney concentrating his practice on cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and intellectual property law. He counsels clients on a wide variety of matters related to cybersecurity, privacy, technology law, artificial intelligence, trademarks, patents, and copyright issues.
The co-author of The Law of Artificial Intelligence and Smart Machines, a publication of the American Bar Association, Eran is a fellow at Stanford Law School, a member of the advisory board of the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Law Society, and a member of the Scientific Council of the Israeli Association for Ethics in Artificial Intelligence.
