Deb Isaacson is the Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at Miro, Inc., a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) digital collaboration platform. She leads Miro’s Commercial Legal team across North and South America and the Asia-Pacific region.
Deb’s practice focuses on transactional and employment law, with deep experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including work with Fortune 50 companies in highly regulated industries such as finance and healthcare.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota–Duluth and a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. Deb is admitted to practice law in Minnesota.
