Debra Isaacson

Deb Isaacson is Director and Assistant General Counsel for Miro, Inc., a Software as a Service (SaaS) digital collaborative platform. Deb currently heads up Miro’s Commercial Legal team for North and South America and Asia-Pacific. Deb has practiced primarily in the areas of transactional and employment law and has extensive experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex contracts across a wide range of subject matters, including with Fortune 50 companies in highly regulated industries (e.g. finance and healthcare). Deb earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly John Marshall Law School). Deb loves to read, travel, walk her dog, attend concerts and musicals, and spend time with her family and friends. Deb is admitted and licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
