Prof. Ilan Wurman Interviewed on WCCO Radio About Dismissal of Trump’s Classified Documents Case

Professor Ilan Wurman was interviewed by Chad Hartman on WCCO Radio about U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon dismissing of Donald Trump’s classified documents case. Judge Cannon sided with defense lawyers who said the special counsel who filed the charges was illegally appointed by the Justice Department. Prof. Wurman said, “The nature of the special counsel position has not actually been constant throughout history … It makes it ripe for a Supreme Court decision.”
