On October 28th Prof. Fionnuala Ni Aolain briefed the United Nations Security Council as United Nations Special Rapporteur on Counter-Terrorism and Human Rights in a Special Session of the Council taking place in New Delhi, India on new technologies and counter-terrorism, and subsequently met with the President of India alongside Ambassadors from Security Council members.
