Prof. Erbsen's Article Cited by Pennsylvania Supreme Court

Professor Allan Erbsen's article, "From Predominance to Resolvability," was cited and quoted several times in the majority and dissenting opinions in a recent Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision addressing certification of class actions. The case is Samuel-Bassett v. Kia Motors America, Inc., 2011 WL 6059098.
