Legislative Process
This seminar take a hands on approach to studying the "Legislative Process," using selective readings, Supreme Court rulings on "Legislative Intent", MN Court rulings and legislative materials from MN and federal Legislatures as foundation. We will go to the MN State Capitol to meet with House & Senate political leaders.
