Melinda A. Williams is an Assistant United States Attorney in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Williams previously served for approximately nine years as an Assistant United States Attorney in Washington, DC. Her current practice focuses on large and complex human trafficking cases. 

Williams received her J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. magna cum laude from Saint Louis University. After law school, Williams clerked for the Honorable Alexander Williams, Jr., of the US District Court for the District of Maryland.
