Kristin Hendrick is a criminal defense attorney in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She previously worked in prosecution offices and a civil litigation firm. Prior to starting her own practice, Hendrick was a prosecuting attorney in Scott County, Minnesota, where she tried misdemeanor and felony criminal cases, including DWIs, assaults, and drug offenses. She also worked for the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office in both criminal prosecution and child protection. 

During law school, Hendrick completed a Refugee and Asylum law internship in Malta and a Human Rights internship with the Ministry of Justice in London. She has volunteered with the American Refugee Committee and International Justice Mission. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Hendrick worked for 3M Company. In addition to her work as an attorney, she is a faculty member at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA).
