Justin Templin’s diverse practice encompasses litigation, municipal law, and business law. His litigation practice involves land use and real estate cases, boundary disputes, municipal governance issues, and constitutional claims at the trial and appellate levels. He advises municipal governments and other public entities on data practices, open meeting requirements, and general legal matters. Templin counsels business clients and individuals on contracting questions, employment issues, strategic resource deployment, and a variety of other business matters.
Municipal lawyer, land use and constitutional law litigator, mediator, Templin has been teaching legal writing since 2004.
