Prof. Cotter Testifies at U.S. Senate Subcommittee Hearing on STRONGER Patents Act

Professor Tom Cotter was one of six witnesses invited to testify on September 11, 2019 at a hearing of the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Intellectual Property. Cotter and the other panelists debated the merits of the proposed legislation, which would change certain standards that apply in patent cases, and fielded questions from Senators Tillis and Coons.
