Prof. Moriearty Co-Authors Strib Editorial on Juvenile Sentencing

Professor Perry Moriearty co-authored a counterpoint to the StarTribune's recent editorial on juvenile life without parole. Among other things, the counterpoint argues that the Editorial Board is wrong when it claims that the punishment of juvenile life without parole has been reserved for Minnesota's worst offenders.
