Profs. Cotter and Frase Listed on HeinOnline's Top 250 Legal Authors of All Time

Legal database HeinOnline recently published ScholarRank's list of the top 250 authors "based on an analysis of all articles in HeinOnline," which "ranked each author in each category: number of times cited by articles, number of times cited by cases, and number of times accessed and averaged the rankings to produce this list of the 250 authors that scored the highest when averaging all categories." Professors Thomas Cotter (#209) and Richard Frase (#235) both made the list.  Cotter was one of nine professors listed whose field is primarily intellectual property law.
