Prof. Moriearty to Testify Before Minnesota Senate Judiciary Committee

On Thursday, January 28th at 3:00 p.m., Prof. Perry Moriearty will testify before the Minnesota Senate Judiciary Committee in support of a bill to reform aspects of the state's juvenile justice system. Her testimony will focus on the presence of racial disproportionality in juvenile detention.
