Prof. Meili to Speak at Human Rights Conference
On November 14 in Iowa City, Professor Stephen Meili will serve on a panel devoted to the rights of non-citizens at a conference marking the 10 year anniversary of the University of Iowa's Human Rights Center.
Prof. Meili, who has co-authored a forthcoming article on this topic with the Law School's Professor David Weissbrodt, will speak on the rights of non-citizens, the evolution of these rights over the last decade, and how new obligations could inform international and domestic policies on immigration.
