The Federal Immigration Litigation Clinic, the Detainee Rights Clinics, and partners have achieved key objectives to secure due process and protect the rights of noncitizens subject to immigration custody.

The LL.M. Class of 2024 —the 30th LL.M. cohort— has arrived at Minnesota Law. These impressive lawyers from all over the world are currently completing their three-week orientation.
