Professor Bodie Comments on Legality of Amazon's Tactics in New York Times

In an article in the New York Times, Professor Matthew Bodie commented on the lawfulness of employer tactics in a recent election at an Amazon warehouse in Albany, New York.  He cited the potential for unlawful deception through alleged  “fake employees,” who acted like regular employees but may have been posing as such.  These workers are said to have engaged unit workers in conversations to cast doubt on the union’s ability to negotiate a contract.
