Prof. Matt Bodie Quoted in Bloomberg Law on a Group of Los Angeles Exotic Dancers' Quest to Unionize

Professor Matthew Bodie, Robins Kaplan Professor of Law, was recently quoted in Bloomberg Law on how a group of L.A.-based exotic dancers' quest to unionize could benefit from a Trump-era National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) ruling that could designate the dancers as employees versus contractors. Bodie stated that the  NLRB's "2020 decision would be a 'strong' case for the union to cite."
