3L Zoe Psiakis Receives MSBA's Becker Student Volunteer Award

The Minnesota State Bar Association has named Zoe Psiakis, 3L, as the 2022 recipient of the Bernard P. Becker Student Volunteer Award.

The award is presented to a law student who has demonstrated a commitment to the provision of legal services to low-income persons.

Psiakis' public service while at the Minnesota Law has included serving as a Rural Summer Legal Corps Fellow at Pine Tree Legal Assistance, Inc. in Northern Maine and as a Minnesota Justice Foundation Summer Law Clerk at Anishinabe Legal Services, which provides legal services to low-income residents of the Leech Lake, White Earth, and Red Lake Reservations.
