Prof. Hasday on MPR to Discuss the Constitutionality of Trump’s Executive Order on Immigration 

Professor Jill Hasday appeared on Minnesota Public Radio’s Tom Weber news show with guest host Mike Mulcahy, to discuss whether the January 27, 2017 executive order that President Trump issued on immigration is consistent with constitutional requirements of equal protection, due process, and freedom of religion.
