Prof. Kitrosser Discusses Clinton Emails on NPR's To the Point

Professor Heidi Kitrosser was a panelist on the nationally syndicated NPR show, "To The Point" discussing FBI Director James Comey's recommendation that Hillary Clinton not be indicted over her use of a private server to send and receive professional e-mails while Secretary of State. Professor Kitrosser explained Comey's reasoning as to why Clinton's conduct did not meet the requirements of the Espionage Act. She also argued that the episode reflects the broader problems of overclassification and of the troubling relationship between the Espionage Act and the First Amendment.
