Prof. Kitrosser Speaks at Harvard Law School Conference on Presidential Power

Professor Heidi Kitrosser was a panelist at "Presidential Power in an Era of Polarized Politics," a conference at Harvard Law School, held on April 1. Professor Kitrosser participated in a panel on presidential power and foreign affairs. Her co-panelists were Harvard Law School professor Jack Goldsmith and Yale Law School professor Bruce Ackerman. The panel was moderated by Judge David Barron of the First Circuit Court of Appeals. The other panels at the day-long event were on domestic affairs and executive enforcement discretion.
